How will Mason Studio improve my business?

We understand that communication is key to a good working relationship, so we’ve put together some frequently asked questions from our clients to help make sure you get all the information you need.

Why do I need to contact you first?

Every project is different and it’s very beneficial for you to have a discussion with me before ordering. We can discuss pricing, delivery time, and everything in between.

What do I need to send you in order to start creating the video?

Before we can start creating your video, you will need to send over all of the relevant materials that you have. This includes footage, script, storyboard, photos, graphics, logo, and music.

We can’t begin editing until we have all of these things because they help us understand what you’re trying to accomplish with your video and how you want it to look.

How can I send you my files?

If you have a file that is over 1GB, please upload it to Google Drive or Dropbox and send me the download link.

Please make sure that when you’re sharing that link with me, that you set the privacy to “Anyone with the link can view.”

Then, send me that link so I can download it and open it in my editing software.

How will my final project be delivered?

Your final project will be delivered to you via a custom link to a playlist containing your project.

Once the project is assembled, we will provide you with a link to the playlist. You will be able to revise your final product and make any final suggestions for us. When you are satisfied with your final product, download it from the playlist by clicking “Download” under “More Options” on the playlist page.

How long does the delivery take?

Most projects are delivered within 3-5 business days, but this can vary depending on the complexity of the project and the other projects we have lined up at the time.

Extra fast delivery is available for an extra fee, as is queue jump.

Can you deliver the completed video in under 24 hours?

Yes, we can usually deliver the completed video within 24 hours. However, it all depends on your project and what needs to be done. Please Contact Us to discuss your specific needs and we’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Can you provide music & sound effects for my video?

Yes, I can provide music and sound effects for your video. If you don’t have a royalty-free music track, I can find one that’s suitable and add it to your video.

Can you provide stock footage for my video?

Yes, we have an extensive library of stock footage of all kinds. These clips can be used in your video and will not require any additional licensing fees.

Additionally, we offer a wide selection of royalty-free music tracks that will help you create the perfect atmosphere for your video.

What happens if I don't like the video?

If you don’t like the video, we will make changes.

We guarantee you will be more than satisfied with our final product, but we offer free revisions, the number of revisions depending on which package you order. If you would like to change anything, we will make those changes so that your video is exceeding your expectations.

Can I download materials from your website?
